Small Office
$1,350/month per location, per month
If the office insurance collections are under $40,000/month the fee for the service is $1,350
Medium Office
3.5%/month of insurance collections per location, per month
If the office insurance collections are between $40,000 and $100,000/month, the fee for this service is 3.5% of the total insurance collections
Large Office
3.0%/month of insurance collections per location, per month
If the office insurance collections are over $100,000/month, the first $100,000 is invoiced at 3.5% and the amount over $100,000 is invoiced at 3.0%
X-Large
2.5%/month of insurance collections per location, per month
If the office insurance collections are over $150,000/month, the first $100,000 is invoiced at 3.5%, the amount from $100-150k is invoiced at 3.0%, and the amount over $150,000 is invoiced at 2.5%
